Art-Deco Wedding Cake: Great Gatsby Inspired Shoot

Jubilee Events designed the concept for this opulent 1920s themed shoot based on F. Scott Fitzgerald's novel, The Great Gatsby. We love how each element of this luxurious shoot at the historic Branford House Mansion, on the Connecticut shoreline, harkens back to the style of the roaring 20s.

We created an art-deco motif wedding cake with a modern twist on 1920s style. The five-tiered cake was decorated with gum-paste sugar fans, which were painted with gold dust. Enjoy the images of the entire shoot below!

Fabulous details in this shoot -- from the venue to the fashion to the decor and even the favors! And your cake pulls off the Gatsby look simply but perfectly!
