The style of this Style Me Pretty bridal inspiration shoot shoot was very modern, minimal, and chic. The white on white color palate with pops of citrus inspired colors and shapes made this shoot very different and beautiful.
For our wedding cake we made a White Tahitian Vanilla cake layered with Passion Fruit mousseline. The cake was finished in Swiss Meringue Buttercream and Vanilla Fondant. Fondant-molded pearls and hand-crafted sugar lilies were added for detail.
Along with the wedding cake, we had lemon pound cake petit-fours layered with raspberry preserves and finished with almond marzipan and fondant glade in citrus colors. They were hand-painted with edible silver and gold dust.
