Jessica Dodds and Michael Cooper were married on August 13, 2011 at The Inn at Longshore in Westport, CT, a picturesque Connecticut shoreline venue that sits on 52 acres and has spectacular views of Long Island Sound.
Ambiance Luxe Wedding Designs, in partnership with KD& J Botanica, created an elegant and romantic look with a color palate consisting of soft blush pink, cream, and navy.
This color scheme was represented in Jessica and Mike's invitation, flowers, decorations, and their bridal party.
Every detail was exquisitely displayed and constructed, from the couple's custom invitation and wedding day paper from Admire Design to the floral arrangements by KD& J Botanica.
We drew our inspiration for Jessica and Mike's wedding cake from their color scheme and the design of their invitation. The four tiers of the wedding cake were covered in white fondant and the first and third tiers were textured with a diamond quilted pattern. Pink and cream roses were placed elegantly on the top and sides of the wedding cake, along with sprigs of blueberries.
